摘  要:运用流动注射分光光度法,系统研究了在酸性介质中砷(V)与钼酸铵生成的砷(V)钼杂多酸与丁基罗丹明B显色反应体系。并讨论了吸收曲线、酸度、显色剂与表面活性剂PVA的用量、泵转速、进样时间、共存组分及干扰元素对测定结果的影响。结果表明:As(V)在0—0.16mg/L范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.0706+1.4413c,线性相关系数为0.9943,相对标准偏差为0.36%,检测限为0.0075mg/L,对废水中的As(V)进行测定,加标回收率在96.84%~107.46%之间。It is found that in acid medium arsenic(V) could react with ammonium molybdate to form heteromolybdoarsenic acid. In this paper, the developing system between hteromolybdoarsenic acid and butyl rhodamine B was systematically investigated by flow injection spectrophotometry. The effect of some conditions, such as the absorption curve, acidity, chromogenic reagent , rotate speed, sampling time, coexisting ions and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were studied. The results showed that under the optimum conditions the linear range of As was 0. 0-0. 16 mg/L, the linear regression equation was A = 0. 0706 + 1.4413c ( R = 0. 9943 ), the detection limit was 0. 0075 mg/L, the relative standard deviation (BSD) was 0. 36% and the recovery of the method was founded to be 96. 84%-107. 46% when determined arsenic in the waste water.
