摘  要:对摩擦性能优良的三嗪进行水溶性改良,合成了3个新型无灰无磷三嗪衍生物——2,4,6-三(N,N-二羟乙氨基)-均三嗪(添加剂A)、2,4,6-三(N-羟乙氨基亚甲基硫代)-均三嗪(添加剂B)、2,4,6-三(N,N-二羟乙氨基亚甲基硫代)-均三嗪(添加剂C),将其作为水基润滑添加剂,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其在基础水液中的摩擦学性能。结果表明,添加剂B能够明显提高基础液的极压性能;添加剂B、C能够显著改善其抗磨减摩性能;在较低载荷下,添加剂A显示良好的抗磨减摩性能。通过磨斑表面的金相照片和X光能量色散谱(EDS)分析可知,在摩擦过程中,该系列添加剂可能与摩擦副表面发生了复杂的摩擦化学反应,在摩擦副表面生成含硫、氮等的复合边界润滑膜,从而起到了极压抗磨减摩作用。Three water-soluble triazine derivatives were synthesized, which were 2,4,6-tri-(N, N- bihydroxyethylamino)-1, 3, 5-triazine (Additive A), 2, 4, 6 tri-[- N-hydroxyethyl-amino-methyl- sulfanyl]-1, 3, 5-triazine (Additive B), 2, 4, 6-tri-[-N, N-bihydroxyethyl-amino-methylsulfanyl]-1, 3, 5- triazine(Additive C). Their structures were analyzed through elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The friction and wear behaviors of them as additives of water-base lubricant were evaluated with a four-ball machine. The results indicated that with additive B added the load-carrying capacity of the water-base lubricant was greatly improved and with additive B, C added the wear resistance and the friction coefficient of the water-base lubricant were decreased obviously in comparison with the base water. Under low loadings, additive A also could make the water-base lubricant possess good wear resistance properties. The wear scars and chemical features of the worn steel surface were observed and examined by means of inverted metallographic microscope and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The analytic results of typical elements on the worn steel surface demonstrated that the additives reacted with counter-face metal and generated a boundary lubricating and protecting film containing elements of S, N and others, which contributed to the improvement of tribological properties of water-base lubricant.
