摘 要:采用传热学和流体动力学原理建立了六氟化硫变压器绕组导向冷却结构的热流耦合场有限元模型,计算了气体流场和绕组温升的分布,对不同气道结构的气流分布和对降低绕组温升的效果进行了比较,提出了六氟化硫变压器绕组导向型气道的设计方法。研究表明,导向型气道可以改善绕组中气流分布,减小气流死区的范围。The thermal-fluid coupled finite element model with the structure of sulphur hexafluoride transformer's directed-gas duct was built based on the fundamental theories of heat transfer and fluid dynamics. The distribution of the gas flow field and the coils temperature rise was calculated. The gas flow distribution with the structure of different gas ducts and their effects to decrease the coils temperature rise were compared, design method for sulphur hexafluoride transformer's directed-gas duct put forth. Research shows that the directed-gas duct can improve the gas flow distribution in the coils and reduce the range of the gas flow dead-zone.
