摘  要:目的:研究毛冬青提取物对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其可能机制。方法:采用线栓法栓塞大鼠右侧大脑中动脉1 h,再灌注24 h,制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型。观察25,50,100 mg.kg-1毛冬青提取物对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的脑组织含水量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:毛冬青提取物可明显降低脑组织含水量,升高SOD的活性,减少MDA的产生。结论:毛冬青提取物对脑缺血再灌注损伤有较好的保护作用,其机制可能与减轻脑水肿、抗自由基及抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。Objective:To study the protective effects of Radix Ilicis Pubeseentis extract on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and explore the mechanisms. Methods:Focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model was established in rats through occluding the middle cerebral artery on one side for 1 hour,and then reperfusing for 24 hours. The protection effects of Radix Ilicis Pubescentis extract at doses of 25,50,100 mg·kg^-1 were evaluated by investigating cerebral water contents, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA). Results:Radix Ilicis Pubeseentis extract obviously decreased cerebral water contents and MDA production, increased the activity of SOD. Conclusion:Radix llicis Pubescentis extract shows strong protection which has relation with mitigating cerebral edema, anti-free radical,inhibiting lipid peroxidatic reaction.
