摘  要:目的:研究黄精皂苷对抑郁小鼠行为学及脑内单胺类神经递质(NE,DA和5-HT)的影响。方法:以孤养加慢性不可预见性刺激进行抑郁症小鼠造模,将小鼠分为空白组、模型组、对照组和三个剂量的黄精皂苷组(100,200,400 mg.kg-1),并进行自主活动测定、水迷宫试验以及脑内单胺类神经递质含量的测定。结果:模型组小鼠的自主活动、学习记忆能力以及脑内的单胺类神经递质含量均明显下降。黄精皂苷各剂量组能显著提高抑郁小鼠的自主活动和学习记忆能力,同时增加抑郁小鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量。结论:黄精皂苷能够纠正抑郁症小鼠行为学变化,并且能够提高脑内NE,DA,5-HT的含量。Objective : To investigate the effects of saponins of Rhizoma polygonati on behaviors and monoamine neuro-transmitters(NE,DA and 5-HT) in mice depression model. Methods: The depression disorder mice model was established by the CUMS and solitary custody. The mouse were divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, control group and treatment groups with saponins of Rhizoma polygonati (100, 200, 400 mg· kg^-1). The autonomous activity, water maze test, and monoamine neurotransmitter were determination. Results: The autonomous activities and the memory of the model group were decreased obviously, and the contents of monoamine neuro-transmitters in the brain had the same effects. The saponins of Rhizoma polygonati increased the autonomic activities and the memory capability significantly; the content of monoamine neuro-transmitters in the brain was increased. Conclusions: The saponins of Rhizoma polygonati can improve the diversify of the behaviors and elevate the contents of the NE, DA and 5-HT in the brain of the depressive disorder mouse model.
