剥蚀对铝合金疲劳性能的影响

摘　　要：对ＬＣ４ＣＳ和ＬＹ１２ＣＺ铝合金在剥蚀溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了试验研究。分析了发生晶间腐蚀和剥蚀的原因。通过剥蚀与未剥蚀试件的拉伸和腐蚀疲劳对比试验，研究了剥蚀对铝合金材料性能的影响，指出剥蚀后材料微观组织发生了变化。Research on the corrosion behavior of LC4CS and LY12CZ aluminium alloys in the exfoliation solution is made. The reason of intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion is analyzed. By a comparative study of tension and corrosion fatigue experiments of exfoliation corrosion and unexfoliation corrosion specimens, the influence of exfoliation corrosion on aluminium is researched. The result shows that the microstructure of alloy has varied with exfoliation.
