摘 要:程序升温联合恒温反应方式研究了CF4在P/Al2O3上分解反应,用XRD、BET表面积测试技术对反应前后的P/Al2O3上进行了表征。结果表明:在Al2O3上表面负载助剂P,生成的ALPO4抑制了CF4高温分解时γ-P/Al2O3上发生仅相变,提高了γ-P/Al2O3上的结构稳定性,但加入P助剂减少了P/P/Al2O3上中P/Al2O3上的含量,使得P/Al2O3的脱氟活性没有显著提高,这说明P/Al2O3中Al2O3是活性成分,AlPO4是Al2O3的保护层。。The temperature-programmed reaction and isothermal reaction of CF4 decomposition over P/Al2O3 without water was carried out. P/Al2O3 before and after reaction were characterized by using XRD and BET. surface area measurement. CF4 conversion deereased quickly beeause the un-reaeted T-Al2O3 was transformed into a-Al2O3. Af- ter Al2O3 was modified with P, the formation of a-Al2O3 was inhibited by the protective layer of AIPO4 and conse- quently the structural stability of T-Al2O3 were improved, but the de-fluorinated activity of P/Al2O3 did not increase evidently due to the decrease in Al2O3 content in P/Al2O3 , it is demonstrated that Al2O3 is the active species in P/ Al2O3.
