摘　　要：本文利用最新公布的2009年一季度统计数据,分析认为,我国一季度经济形势出现回暖迹象,但总体来看,当前国内外经济环境依然比较严峻。因此,下一步在宏观经济政策的取向方面,应坚持实行积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策、努力扩大居民消费、调整工业结构、千方百计扩大外需、扩大就业等。According to the latest statistics, this paper argues that the economic situation in the first quarter of 2009 shows signs of recovery. However, generally speaking, current economic environment at home and abroad is still serious. Therefore, future macro economic policy options should be the following： to insist on implementing the proactive fiscal policy and the moderately easy monetary policy, to strive to enlarge residents＇ consumption, to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, and to expand foreign demand and employment by every possible means and etc.
