The Influence of Long-term Taijiquan Exercise on Testosterone/Cortisol,Immunoglobulin and Growth Hormone for Aged Women

摘  要:通过长期观察42式太极拳锻炼对老年女性血清睾酮(T)/皮质醇(C)、免疫球蛋白(Ig)和生长激素(GH)的影响。选取长期进行42式太极拳锻炼的老年女性10人为锻炼组,锻炼时间为3—8年,年龄(63±8)岁,不参加任何体育锻炼的老年女性,10人为对照组,年龄(60±7)岁,所有受试者皆无免疫系统疾病。在医院空腹采血并测定指标。结果显示:锻炼组的血清睾酮含量比对照组高18.7%(P<0.05);锻炼组皮质醇含量和对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);锻炼组的血清睾酮/皮质醇比值比对照组高13.6%(P<0.05);锻炼组的IgG含量比对照组高24.3%(P<0.05);锻炼组IgA含量比对照组高40.6%(P<0.01);锻炼组Ig M含量和对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);锻炼组生长激素含量比对照组高2倍多(P<0.01)。得出结论:长期进行太极拳锻炼对老年女性的内分泌系统形成了良好的影响,提高了老年女性的机体工作能力。Through observation of the influence of long-term taijiquan exercise on testosterone/cortisol, immunoglobulin and growth hormone for aged women, 10 women (63 ± 8 years old) who have practiced taijiquan for 3-8 years are chosen as taijiquan group, and 10 women (60±7 years old) who have no exercises are taken as contrast group. Both groups are under test by blood test and are free from any diseases of immune system. The results show that the content of testosterone and growth hormone of taijiquan group (TG) are 18.7% higher(P〈0.05)and 2 times(P〈0.05)separately more than the control group(CG) ; the ratio of testosterone / cortisol of the TG is 13. 6% higher(P〈 0.05) than the CG;the contents of IgG and lgA of TG are 24. 3%(P〈0.05) ,and 40.6% (P〈0.01) higher than CG and the growth hormone (GH) of TG is 2 times(P〈0. 01) higher than the control group(CG). The contents of IgM for the two groups have no differences(P〉0.05). It is concluded long-term Taijiquan exercise can improve the endocrine system for the aged women and enhance their work capacity.
