摘  要:直接空冷汽轮机组背压受气象条件变化大,造成低压转子运行工况变化大,给末级叶片设计带来新的要求,但未见国内外有报道对直接空冷机组末级流场和湿蒸汽进行过实测研究。作者用新研制的改进型联合探针对某电厂300MW直接空冷机组低压汽轮机末级流场和蒸汽湿度进行了测量。测量结果表明汽流速度从叶根到叶顶逐步增,但静压则基本不变。本文给出了流场测量的所有结果。More attention should be paid on the design of the last stage because its backpressure of the direct air-cooling steam turbine is easily affected by the change of the weather and LP rotor operates in a larger range. In order to study the behavior of the LP turbine in the direct air-cooling steam turbine, the flow field and wet steam were measured in the different baekpressure in a 300MW direct air-cooling LP turbine with a newly developed combined probe. The measurement results show that the flow velocity along the height of the blade changes gradually. The static pressure, however, keeps nearly constant from the hub to tip of the blade. All results are presented in this paper.
