摘  要:提出了一种简单的末级流态的判断方法,并利用汽轮机实际在线监测数据和汽轮机结构数据进行顺序计算。其计算精确度较高,收敛速度快,适于工程实际应用。利用此方法,对某厂300MW汽轮机组典型末级进行变工况计算,得出变工况下汽轮机的排汽焓及变工况中末级一些重要参数的变化规律,为在线性能监测中末级及排汽焓的分析计算提供理论依据。A simple judgment method to flow pattern of the last stage is presented, and sequence calculation is carried out based on the actual on-line monitoring and constructional data of turbine. The calculation can be applied for engineering application with higher precision and faster converging. Through this method, a typical last stage for a 300MW steam turbine is calculated to conclude its exhaust enthalpy and various rules of some important parameters. All these doings can he regarded as the theoretical basis in analyzing and calculating the exhaust enthalpy and last stage in on-line performance monitoring.
