摘　　要：与基本经济制度相配套的各项基础制度的缺失是造成中国居民收入分配差距扩大的深层次原因。当前中国应积极致力于产权制度、财政税收体制、政治体制以及教育体制等的进一步改革和完善,在维护初次分配公平的同时,通过相关支撑制度建设,使政府的再分配功能切实有效地得以实施。The deficit of all basic systems going with the basic economic system is the deep-rooted reason of the wideness of income distribution in China. At present, we must apply ourselves to further reform and improve property rights system, finance system, taxation system, politic system and education system, etc. in our country. While protecting fair distribution in the first distribution, we will make the function of redistribution of government to carry out effectively by interrelated system construction underpinning.
