摘　　要：行政问责制是构建责任政府的重要制度载体,它既是一个重要的理论问题,又是一个艰巨的社会实践课题。构建以行政首长为重点的行政问责制,既是中国完善社会主义市场经济体制的需要,也是顺应世界行政改革趋势的必然选择。近五年来,从中央到地方各级政府在行政问责建制方面不断探索,并取得了初步成效,为进一步推进行政问责制的深入研究与广泛实践打下了基础。Administrative accountability institution is an important institutional carrier for building the responsible government. It is both an important theoretical issue and a difficult problem of social practice. The article analyzes the background and practical significance of the administrative accountability institution with a focus on corregidors. By recalling the exploration and development of the administrative accountability institution set up by the central and different - level local governments in the past five years , we can get pre- liminary results by carrying out this institution, and it also lays the foundation for the deep research and a wide range of practice of the administrative accountability institution.
