摘 要:应用CFX软件对医疗人体呼吸管气体流动传热问题进行了数值模拟分析。通过模拟得到气体的流速、压力、温度和密度分布及呼吸管内气体流量和压差的关系。还通过实验,测量了呼吸管气体体积流量和压差关系。实验结果在所要求的人体吸气量范围内与计算结果较为一致,表明本文的计算模型和模拟结果能较好的反映人体呼吸管气体流动传热实际现象。Air flow and heat transfer in medical human respiratory tube was numerically simulated with CFX software. Numerical solutions were obtained for velocity, pressure, temperature and density distribution of air flow as well as the rela tionship between flow rate and pressure difference. Moreover, the relation between flow rate and pressure difference were mea- sured to verify the simulated solutions. The tested results in the range of human respiration quite agreed with the simulation ones. This indicated that the current computational model and solutions can simulate well with the nature of flow and heat transfer of air in human respiration tube.
