摘　　要：高温液相色谱(HTLC)是液相色谱发展的一个重要方向,HTLC通过调节色谱分析的温度,不仅可以加快分析速度、提高分离效率,而且还可以改善峰形、调节选择性。概述了高温液相色谱关于固定相的选择、流动相的洗脱特征和检测器的选择情况,介绍了高温液相色谱的应用前景。High temperature liquid chromatography （HTLC） was an important development direction of LC. HTLC can improve the speed of mobile phase, shorten the analytical time and adjust the selectivity by adjusting analytical temperature. The selection of solid phase, detector and elution character of mobile phase were reviewed. The application prospect of HTLC was also introduced.
