摘 要:本文用热压缩试验方法研究了碳化硅晶须增强6061铝合金(SiCw/6061Al)的高温变形行为。研究结果表明:SiCw/6061Al 复合材料的压缩强度随着形变温度的升高和形变速率的降低而单调下降;复合材料的临界压下量(导致试样开裂的最大压下量)随形变温度的升高而增大,因形变速率增大而减小,当形变速率大于0.01/s 后,临界压下量的减小趋势变弱;SiCw//6061Al 复合材料热压缩变形曲线上出现峰值,这并非动态再结晶的标志,而是由晶须在热变形过程中发生转动造成的。The high-temperature deformation behaviors of the silicon carbide whiskerreinforced 6061 aluminium alloy composite and the 6061 aluminium have beenstudied respectively by means of the compressive tests.The experimental re-sults showed that the compressive strength of both the SiCw/6061Al compositeand the 6061A1 is monotonously increased with the decrease of the deformedtemperature and the increase of the deformed ratio.It is found that the SiCw/ 6061A1 composite is more sensitive with the change of the deformed tempera-ture.The critical reduction of the SiCw/6061AI composite(the maximum valueof compressive deformation caused the sample cracked)is increased with inc-rease of the deformed temperature and decreased with the increase of the de-formed ratio.Whila the change tendency of critical reduction is gentle whenthe deformed ratio is more than 0.01s^(-1).There is a peak in the compressivestress-strain curves of SiCw/6061Al composite,the peak is not a sign of recry-stallization,but is caused by whisker rotation and/or whisker breakage.
