摘　　要：核心竞争力是企业获取持续竞争优势的来源和基础,本文从分析企业核心竞争力内涵和影响国有大型建筑企业核心竞争力的要素出发,围绕着提升国有大型建筑企业核心竞争力为主线,从核心业务、核心业务流程、核心团队等方面,阐述了打造国有大型建筑企业核心竞争力的方略,旨在促进国有大型建筑企业的持续健康发展。The core competitiveness of enterprise is the source and basis of gaining the sustainable competitive advantage. Enhancing the core competitiveness of large state-owned construction enterprise, as the main line of this paper, it analyses the connotation of the core competitiveness of enterprises and the elements which impact the large state-owned enterprise＇s core competitiveness. In order to promote the sustained and healthy development of the construction of large state-owned enterprise, this paper formulates how to build the strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of the large state-owned enterprise from the core business, core business processes and core team etc.
