摘　　要：课程建设在高职院校三项基础建设——师资队伍建设、专业建设和课程建设中最为关键,也是实现高技能人才培养与职业岗位能力需求对接的主动脉。仓储管理实务作为高职院校物流管理专业的核心专业课,面对社会对人才需求的变化,迫切需要进行课程改革。本文从拉动式原理出发,剖析仓储管理实务课程,从而构建基于工作过程的仓储管理实务课程新体系。Curriculum construction is the most essential in higher vocational education infrastructure which includes teach- ers, specialized and curriculum, it is also the key to achieve high skill talented person link with professional post capadty needs. As the core curriculum, facing society to talented person demand change, warehousing management pracdce urgent needs to in- novate. This ardcle starts from pull theory and analyzes course content, thus constructs new curriculum system based on the working process.
