摘　　要：军事物流在保障军队作战和完成多样化军事任务中具有重要的作用。实施高效的物流保障离不开高素质的人才队伍。本文从新军事变革对物流人才要求入手,分析了军事物流人才应具有的知识结构,对构建军事物流学科理论体系、改革我军军事物流人才培训模式进行初步探讨。Military Logistics have vital funcdon in ensuring military operations and the diversification mi/itary mission. The efficient logistics security can not be separated from high-quality personnel team. Starting from the requirements of the rev- olution in military affairs to the logistics personnel, this paper analysis the necessary knowledge structure for them, and prelimi- nary study constructing theoretical system of military logistics subject and reforming the military logistics personnel gaining mode.
