摘　　要：2008年以来,我国多处海关发现粮食走私和粮食违法出口现象。国内外粮价差距大是粮食走私的根本原因。粮食走私使我国对农民的种粮补贴流失,既逃避出口许可证管理,又逃避出口关税。打击粮食走私,需要海关同其他部门相互配合。同时我国应适当提高粮价,从根本上消除粮食走私。The Grain smuggle has occurred at many customs in China since 2008. Great price gap of grain at home and abroad is the main cause of grain smuggle. Grain smuggle cause drain of grain subsidy, evading export license and tax. Cracking down on grain smuggle need customs to coordinate with other department and agency, and we should increase grain price as well.
