摘 要:建立了基于网络图的传统工期费用交换问题的优化模型。针对传统优化模型的缺陷,考虑资金的时间价值,以净现值最大化为优化目标,建立了基于工程款支付进度的动态工期优化模型,目标函数包括了项目实施中的各项现金流入和流出:业主支付、活动直接费用、项目间接费用。同时给出了两个模型的求解算法。最后结合一个算例对比了不同工期优化下的结果。结果表明,与传统优化模型相比,虽然本文提出的优化模型工期增加了,但建筑商的净现值收益提高了。从反映建筑商真实收益的净现值角度看,所提的模型更优。The traditional optimization model of the time-cost trade-off problem is built based on Activity-on-Arc network. In view of the limitations of the current research on project duration optimization, a dynamic project duration optimization model based on payment scheduling is built by considering time value of capital. The net present value (NPV) is treatged as the objective function which included capital flow of each item, such as the owner's payment, the activity cost, the project 's indirect cost. In addition,the solution algorithms of two models are given. A comparative calculation on a numerical example indicates that the optimal duration of the proposed model is inferior to that of the traditional model, but the NPV of the proposed model is superior to that of the traditional model. It shows that the proposed model is better than the traditional model from the perspective of the real revenue.
