摘　　要：目的了解我国县级卫生机构人员对人/禽流感相关知识培训内容和方式的需求情况,为各级相关部门开展有成效的培训提供依据。方法采取整群抽样方法,对安徽和辽宁两省六个项目县的县级疾控机构和医疗机构现职卫生技术人员进行问卷调查。结果培训内容方面,县级疾控机构重点科室中的急传科人员对人/禽流感知识中的临床表现诊断治疗、流行病学调查、个人防护、疫情控制措施、消毒技术、应急演练培训需求较高,检验科人员对个人防护、标本采集、实验室检测、消毒技术需求较高;县级医疗机构重点科室人员(呼吸内科)对临床表现诊断治疗、个人防护、消毒技术和应急演练需求较高。培训方式方面,两类机构人员均对集中授课方式认可度最高。结论采取集中授课的形式对两类机构所有科室人员进行通识知识培训,同时对重点科室人员采取多种形式进行专题知识和应急演练培训。Objective To understand the needs of related knowledge training among health technical personnel in county-level health agency concerning human infection of highly pathogenic bird＇s flu, and provide basis for conducting training at all levels of related departments. Methods Using the group sampling method, questionnaire survey was conducted among all technical personnel of county-level centers for disease control and prevention （CDC） and medical establishments from 6 project counties in Anhui and Liaoning. Results In the case of training content, what staff in acute infectious disease department of CDC needed most were clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment, epidemiology investiga- tion, individual protection, epidemic situation regulatory measures, disinfection technology, and emergency drilling training, while individual protection, specimen gathering, laboratory examination, disinfection technology were what staff in laboratory department needed most. What staff in key department （breathing internal medicine department） needed most were clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment, individual protection, the disinfection technology and emergency drilling. With training method, staff in two kinds of organization approved of intensive teaching and instruction. Conclusions The general knowledge training for all staff of two kinds of organization should be conducted mainly in intensive way. Meanwhile, the special knowledge and emergency drilling training should be carried out in other ways for the key department staff.
