摘　　要：采用问卷调查、实地调查、专家访问等研究方法,对四川省足球人力资源的现状进行了调查和分析;运用社会学、运动训练学等多学科的视角对足球人才培养存在的问题进行探讨;力求探寻出四川省足球人才培养的有效模式。Questionnaire, on - the - spot investigation and expert interview are applied in this article to survey and research the status quo of Sichuan football human resources and discuss the cultivation of football talents from the angle of sociology study, policy study and sports training. The reason why Sichuan football is at its ebb is also analyzed to find out the effective mode to cultivate Sichuan football talents.
