摘　　要：讨论了用粒度的概念描述问题解搜索的基本理论，分析了ＥＩＳ数据源和信息组织的特点并提出搜索的一般过程．以ＳＸＷＧ－ＥＩＳ中外部信息模块为例，具体探讨了ＥＩＳ中问题解搜索的过程和形式化描述．The problem solution searching in EIS is analyzed using the theory of problem solving. By introducing granularity, the searching process from schematic information is described to the detail one. Accomplished with analysis relations and structures of information in EIS, it is presented that there is analogous between the structure of the hypertext and peoples thinking during the problem solution searching. From this point of view, a strategy of how to search the solution is designed to solve the formal problem model of external information, which is one of the subprojects of SXWG -EIS. What are presented are, to some extent, valuable to direct the problem solution searching in EIS or DSS.
