摘　　要：许多心脏病的外科矫治需要利用带瓣管道重建右室流出道，至今仍缺乏理想的重建材料。异种带瓣管道易钙化衰败，已被淘汰；同种带瓣管道目前应用较为广泛，但来源非常有限；带瓣牛颈静脉目前被认为是一种非常具有研究前途的材料，但其材料处理方法及远期效果还需进一步研究。The right ventricular outflow tracts need to be reconstructed by using duct having valves during surgical correction for many heart diseases, but there is no ideal material used for reconstruction till now. Heterograft valved conduits are easy to be calcified and lose normal functions, which have been eliminated at present. Homograft valved conduits are now widely used ,but their sources are very limited. Bovine valved venous xenografts（BJVC） are presently considered to be the material deserving more study although its processing method and long-term outcome needs further studying.
