丹参在心脏保存中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：在心脏保存中，丹参具有清除氧自由基、降低钙超载，减轻缺血／再灌注损伤；保护线粒体，改善能量代谢；扩张冠状动脉、抗凝，减少再灌注心律失常；保护内皮细胞；抑制细胞凋亡；抗菌消炎等作用，在心脏保存中具有良好的应用前景。本文对丹参在心脏保存中的作用机制，应用研究进展进行概述。In the preservation of heart, salvia mihiorrhiza has many effects,which includes removal of oxygen free radicals, reduction of calcium overload to ease ischemia-reperfusion injury, protection of mitochondria and improvement of energy metabolism, anticoagulant and dilatation of coronary artery, decrease the reperfusion arrhythmia, protection of endothelial cells, inhibition apoptosis, antisepsis and anti-inflammation and so on. It has a good application prospect in heart preservation. This article reviewed the action mechanism and application research progress in heart preservation.
