板蓝根药理作用和临床应用研究

摘　　要：通过查阅近几年来关于板蓝根研究的国内外文献资料，对近几年来国内外板蓝根药理作用与临床应用的研究进展加以综述，并对板蓝根化学成分深入研究，总结出板蓝根的药理作用、临床研究与不良反应3个方面。研究发现，板蓝根化学成分分离鉴定技术目渐完善，为进一步揭示板蓝根的药理作用与临床研究提供了科学依据。This article reviews the pharmacological effect and clinical application of isatis root domestic and abroad based on the related data in recent years. It also carried out further study about its chemical components and summarized the three points of isatis root about its pharmacological effect, clinical application and side effect. The study showed that the isolation and verification technique for the chemical component of isatis root will provide scientific reference to furtherly indicate the pharmacological effect and clinical applica- tion of isatis root.
