摘　　要：随着信息科学技术发展，数字化、高智能化的电子病案的开发和应用已成为病案信息管理发展的趋势。为了使病案管理跟上时代前进的步伐，顺应医学科学发展的潮流，就必须寻求现代管理方法和模式。电子病案将成为未来卫生信息管理的必然趋势，具有广阔的发展前景。本文对目前电子病案的优点和存在问题及发展趋势予以综述。With the development of information science and technology, digital, high-intelligent electronic medical record of the development and application of cases has become the development trend of information management. In order to keep pace with the advance of time, conform to the trend of the development of medical science, it is necessary to search for modem management methods and models. In this paper, the advantages of electronic medical records and problems and development trends are reviewed.
