摘 要:目的了解城镇职工对基本医疗保险信息知晓情况以及满意度评价。方法采用分层抽样法,自制问卷对黑龙江省城镇职工进行问卷调查。结果被调查者对基本医疗保险的信息知晓率较低;在对定点医疗机构、定点药店和社保机构服务满意度评价中,基本医疗保险定点药店满意度最高;基本医疗保险定点医疗机构满意度评价中对就医自由选择度满意度评价最高,医疗服务价格满意度最低;在对社保机构服务的评价中,机构形象和人员素质满意度评价最高,但医疗服务提供方的监督和抱怨处理满意度评价较低。结论社会医疗保险的公众满意度评价研究较少,缺乏相关的理论研究;通过对基本医疗保险的知晓情况以及满意度评价,可以发现政策运行中存在的问题。OBJECTIVE To know for urban workers to know the basic medical insurance information, as well as satisfaction evaluation. METHODS Stratified sampling method, self-made questionnaire for urban workers in Heilongjiang Province conducted a questionnaire survey. RESULTS Respondents to the basic medical insurance have the low awareness of information. Basic medical insurance fixed- point pharmacies receive the highest satisfaction. Freedom of choice of medical treatment get the highest degree of satisfaction. Price of medical services is at lowest degree of satisfaction, among satisfaction evaluation of the basic medical insurance fixed-point medical institutions. In the society health insurance services evaluation, corporate image and staff quality receive the highest satisfaction. However, for medical service providers to monitor and deal with the measures complained of lower satisfaction. CONCLUSIONS Society health insurance less of public satisfaction study, and a lack of theoretical research. Through the knowledge of the basic medical insurance, as well as satisfaction evaluation, policy can be found in the existence of the problem run.
