三踝骨折合并踝关节脱位的综合术式评价

摘　　要：目的评价综合手术治疗三踝骨折合并踝关节脱位的价值。方法对34例(观察组)三踝骨折合并踝关节脱位患者进行了综合手术治疗,并与34例传统治疗(对照组)进行了比较。结果观察组骨折全部骨性愈合,平均愈合时间6.21±1.5个月,术后l年左右去除内固定,总优良率为94.12%,略高于对照组的85.29%。结论观察组治疗三踝骨折的术式有一定推广价值。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the Value of Surgical Treatment of trimalleolar fractures and dislocation of theankle. METHODS From January 2005 to February 2008 in our hospital 34 cases of trimalleolar fracture anddislocation of the ankle in patients with a comprehensive surgical treatment, and 34 cases of the traditionahreatment group were studied. RESULTS The Observer Group of the healing of bone fractures of all, the averagehealing time 6.2±1.5 mo, after 1 a year to remove internal fixation, the total excellent and good rate was 94.12% higher than the traditional treatment of the control group the total rate of 85.29% fine （table 1）. CONCLUSIONS The Surgical is of The Observer Group effective in Treatment of the patients with trimalleolar fractures and dislocationof the ankle, which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
