摘　　要：泛在化图书馆是图书馆新的发展方向,本文从图书馆服务向泛在化服务发展这一角度重新认识今天的图书馆服务,提出必须从基于物理图书馆的传统服务,转变为以用户为中心的学科化服务。为此,学科馆员需要进行自我重塑,以实现从图书馆的学科馆员到用户的学科馆员的角色转变,使服务真正融入到用户的场景和社区,彰显图书馆强大的服务功能和无限的发展潜力。The pan -subjects library is new direction of the library development. According to the development from library services into the pan - subjects services this paper knows today＇s library services once again that the library must begin with the traditional physics - based services into the user - centric subject services. Thus subject librarian should change into user＇s subject librarian in order to make the services provide to the user＇s really into the scene and community, highlighting the powerful function and unlimited potential for development of library services.
