摘　　要：本文阐述了高校图书馆实施以读者为本服务理念的必要性,指出了目前高校图书馆传统模式下读者管理制度所存在的一些问题,并提出了构建读者积分制的建议。This paper elaborates the necessity and urgency in modern libraries where the service concept of putting readers in the first place is implementing and points out some problems existing under traditional pattern of readers management in the libraries nowadays. It also puts forward the suggestion to construct readers integral system.
