摘　　要：为了解残疾人的阅读以及图书馆利用情况,作者运用问卷调查法对北京市4个城区的306位残疾人进行了调查。调查结果显示,残疾人在阅读目的上以提高修养、休闲娱乐为主,喜欢阅读,但在阅读时间上投入较少,文化程度和年龄都会影响到他们的阅读状况。图书馆在残疾人阅读生活中占有一定的地位,残疾人使用图书馆的意愿十分强烈。但距离远、对图书馆的误解、设施使用不方便等因素成为他们经常使用图书馆的阻碍。图书馆应在布局、馆藏、设施和服务上完善自身,为残疾人提供具有针对性的服务。In order to investigate the reading and library utility condition of the disabled, the author conducted a questionnaire survey among 306 disabled persons in 4 districts in Beijing. According to the results, the disabled mainly regard reading as a way for selfcultivation and leisure. They are interested in reading but they pay less time for it. Besides, their reading situation is affected by their age and education to some extent. While in library utility, libraries has certain status in the life of the disabled, and they have strong will to use libraries, but long distance, misunderstanding to libraries, lack of barrier - free structures stops them utilizing libraries frequently. Therefore, public libraries should improve themselves in layout, resource, facilities and service, in which library should pay more attention to the disabled.
