摘　　要：运用文献调查法,对我国国内图书馆文献招标采购的研究进行了定性和定量的分析,总结了文献招标采购的定义、特性、必要性、可行性、形式和组织机构,评标标准和标书内容,指出今后研究的方向。On the base of the literature review, the author carries on quantitative and qualitative analysis to research papers of inviting public bidding for domestic library information resources purchase, summarizes definition, character, necessity, feasibility, form and organization of inviting public bidding, analyzes standard of evaluating the bidding terms, content of the bidding document, points out the future trends of the study on inviting public bidding for library information resources purchase.
