摘　　要：本文引入管理学中的执行力理论,从更新观念,树立执行意识,馆领导要做执行的表率,优化图书馆业务工作流程,加强图书馆内部基本制度建设,建立科学的监督考核机制,加强专业队伍培训工作等方面论述了提升高校图书馆执行力的具体措施。In this paper, the author introduces the executive power theory from management science, and discusses the specific measures that can promote and strengthen the executive power in the academic library： renewing idea, establishing executive power mentality, acting the executive example by the leader, optimizing the process of the library service, enhancing the construction of the basic rules and regulations during the interior library, building a supervise and check - up scientific system and tightening up the training work about the specialized personnel, etc.
