摘 要:节约泵站的电力消耗对于缓解用电紧张,节约能源有着十分重要的意义。针对排水系统单泵站的节能优化问题,在一般泵站节能理论的基础上,先讨论了水泵的选型方法,再从泵站实际运行工况入手,结合水泵的特性曲线,求解运行台数的最佳组合,以及调速水泵的运行转速。研究结果表明,利用该方法可达到通过控制转速和开启台数实现排水泵站节能降耗的目标。Aiming that saving the pump station's power consumption is very important for energy saving and power remission, the problem of single pump station's energy optimization in drainage system was reseached. First of all, on the basis of studying energy saving control technology of pumping station, the pump selection principles and methods were summarized. Then the pumps' operation condition and characteristic curve were analyzed, to establish the running pumps' speed and amount to obtain the energy saving control technology of pumping station, which had more than two speed regulating pumps. The results indicate that the target of energy saving can be achieved by controlling the pumps' speed and amount.
