摘　　要：生产纯棉高支高密多层弹力桃皮绒风格休闲面料的关键工艺有碳素刷毛,使织物表面产生一层柔软细腻整齐的短毛;采用气流染色机进行活性染料染色,以获得匀染、透染,牢度性能良好的染品;采用纤维素酶处理,以去除布面长毛,获得柔顺舒适的手感;采用气流松式柔软整理,则可进一步提高织物柔软性能,使织物丰满蓬松。The production of high count and high density multi-layer cotton elastic fabric with peach-like style is introduced. The key processes include carbon brush to obtain soft fabric with a layer of delicate surface of the short rows, air flow dyeing with reactive dyes to obtain level dyeing, dye penetration, as well as good fastness properties of dyed goods, cellulase treatment to obtain soft and comfortable handle, and softening drying to further enhance soft and bulky performances.
