摘 要:应用人工湿地处理无机镉废水,探讨处理前及处理后第1、3、5、7、9和11d时湿地基质中微生物数量和酶活性受抑制及恢复状况。结果表明:湿地基质的细菌、真菌和放线菌都明显受到抑制,它们恢复需要的时间为9~11d,细菌对镉的反应较为敏感,而真菌和放线菌受抑制的时间较长;基质蔗糖酶活性先被激活然后受到抑制,其受抑制的时间也较长;脲酶较蔗糖酶敏感,在处理后第1d其活性就达到最小值,但最终这两种酶的活性都恢复且趋于稳定。Wastewater with inorganic Cd was treated in artificial wetland to discuss the changes of microbe population and enzyme activity in medium before and after treatment for 1,3,5,7,9 and 11 days. The results showed that bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the wetland were absolutely inhibited and would need 9-11 days to recover. Bacteria were more sensitive to cadmium, and fungi and actinomycetes were inhibited for a longer time. The sucrase activity in the artificial wetland with cadmium wastewater was activated at first and then inhibited for a longer time. The urease was more sensitive than sucrase to Cd, and its activity reached the lowest in the 1st day after affected by cadmium wastewater, but the sucrase and urease activities were recovered to high level at last.
