摘　　要：济钢第二炼铁厂由于原设计润滑方式不合理,使用的气动开口机90%的故障来自润滑不良。通过重新设计润滑方案,润滑效果大大增强,开口机故障基本消除。Because the original design way of lubrication is unreasonable, 90% of machine breakdown of air operated aperture in the Second Ironworks of Jigang Limited Company is bad of the lubrication.Through designing the new lubrication plan, effect of the lubrication enhancement greatly, breakdown of the aperture eliminate basically.
