多民族无偿献血者HCV感染状况调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解无偿献血者丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染状况和民族分布。方法选择2004～2008年32个民族248166名无偿献血者，使用ELISA法测定抗-HCV。结果248166名中抗-HCV阳性2702名，阳性率为1．09％；首次献血者血清抗-HCV阳性率为1．91％，2次以上献血者血清抗-HCV阳性率为0．53％，差异有统计学意义。汉族与少数民族献血者感染率分别为1．12％、1．01％，差异有统计学意义。汉族与壮族献血者HCV感染率差异有统计学意义（x^2=13．63，P〈0．01），壮族与其他少数民族献血者感染率差异有统计学意义。结论柳州等地区32个民族无偿献血者HCV感染率差异明显，可作为对柳州等地区健康人群中无症状感染流行病学的一种评估。Objective To investigate the differences of HCV infection condition among volunteer blood donors of different races in Liu-Zhou area. Methods Anti-HCV results from more than 248 166 volunteer blood donors of 32 races from 2004 to 2008 year were investigated and analyzed,and anti-HCV of all the samples were detected by ELISA. Results A total of 248 166 serum samples from volunteer blood donors were detected, 2 702 of which were reaction to anti-HCV, the overall positive rate was 1.09%. The anti-HCV positive rate was 1.91% among first time volunteer blood donors; 0.53 % among repeated volunteer blood donors. The prevalence rates of anti-HCV were significant difference between first time donors and repeated donors. The anti-HCV prevalence rates of Han nationality and Minority Nationalities were 1.12% and 1.01 % respectively,with significant difference between the 2 groups. There were significant difference in the prevalence rates of anti-HCV between Han nationality and Zhuang Nationality. There were significant difference in the prevalence rates of anti-HCV between Zhuang nationality and other Minority Nationalities. Conclusion The prevalence of HCV was significantly different from volunteer blood donors among 32 nationalities in Liu-Zhou area,and the prevalence was likely to be a kind of evaluation about people health.
