摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏粘液瘤的外科治疗。方法:回顾性分析1997年～2006年收治心脏粘液瘤患者24例。结果:全部病例治愈,随访7年无复发。结论:细致、完整而彻底的手术切除是预防心房粘液瘤复发的关键。Objective： To explore surgical treatment of cardiac myxoma.Methods：24 cardiac myxoma cases were retrospectively analyzed from Febrary 1997 to August 2006 in our hospital.Results： All cases were cured and no recurrence in the following 7 years. Conclusion： The key to prevent recurrence of cardiac myxoma is complete and delicate surgical treatment.
