摘　　要：本文根据无机膜工业除尘器的工作原理和控制要求,针对传统继电器控制系统的不足,设计了PLC新型控制系统。该系统解决了继电器控制的不准确、复杂控制、电磁阀误动作、流量计易损坏等缺点,有较好的可行性,前景广阔。According to the work principle and control requirements of the inorganic membrane industrial dust remover, and the insufficiency of traditional relay control system, the new control system with PLC was designed. This system can solve system problems like as inaccuracy of relay control system ,plurality of controls ,the misoperation of solenoid valve and easy damage of flowmeter , have good feasibility and broad prospect .
