摘　　要：本文从实际工作出发，围绕查新工作的四个基本环节即受理查新、分析课题、文献检索、文献分析及撰写查新报告，谈谈每个环节应注意的问题。Based on the actual conditions, a discussion was made on the following matters needingattention in literature evaluation for the application of scientific achievements such as its acceptance,topic analysis, literature retrieval and analysis, and writing its final report.
