摘  要:介绍了大港油田极浅层的防砂技术。对微压循环砾石充填防砂技术的工作原理、防砂工具、现场应用情况进行了阐述。其防砂技术主要做法是:实施全过程控砂,即射孔液采用防漏保护液、使用外径大高孔密射孔枪、起枪前进行预防砂、采取微压循环砾石充填防砂以及水力泵连续排液求产等技术。这套防砂技术通过8井次现场应用,成功率100%,未出现一次因出砂而影响后期试油工作,是解决极浅层防砂和试油的有效方法。This paper introduces sand control technique applied in very shallow reservoir in Dagang Oilfield.It describes the operating principle,sand control tools and field application of gravel packing sand control technique by micro-pressure circulation.Its main point is that sand control is conducted in whole process,i.e.use leak protection liquid as perforation liquid,use perforation gun with large outside diameter and high perforation density,sand pre-control is carried out before pulling out the perforation gun,gravel packing sand control by micro-pressure circulation,continuously unloading and producing with hydraulic pump and so on.Eight fields application are all successful,nothing happened due to sand-cut to impact well testing.And so this is an effective method to deal with sand control and well test in very shallow reservoirs.
