肝癌患者红细胞天然免疫与红细胞趋化因子受体结合活性的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨肝癌患者红细胞天然免疫能力与红细胞趋化因子受体(ECKR)结合活性的变化。方法:在新鲜血中加入一定量癌细胞,计算花环率,反映红细胞天然免疫能力;分离一定量的红细胞与IL-8结合,离心后取上清液用ELISA测IL-8含量,反映红细胞趋化因子受体结合活性。结果:肝癌患者红细胞天然免疫能力与红细胞趋化因子受体结合活性均比正常人低(P<0.01),而血清IL-8的含量比正常人高(P<0.01)。结论:红细胞参与趋化因子的调控,在肝癌的发病过程中可能起重要作用,临床上检测红细胞天然免疫能力与ECKR结合活性,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To study the changes of the natural immunofunction of erythrocytes and the erythrocyte chemokine receptor binding activity （ECRA） in patients with liver cancer. Methods Cancer cells （K562） were added to fresh heparinized blood, the rosette formation rate of the erythrocytes adhereing cancer cells was calculated in blood specimens from 35 patients with liver cancer and 80 controls. The plasma IL - 8 contents were also measured. ECRA was determined with measurement of supernatsnt IL - 8 contents after definite amount of erythrocytes was added to IL- 8 salution for saturated binding in the 35 cancer patients as well as 36 controls. Results In the patients with liver cancer, the natural immuno -- function of erythrocytes and the ECRA decreased significantly and serum IL - 8 contents increased significantly （vs controls, both P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Erythrocytes participated in cytokine regulation and might play an important role in the pathogenesis of liver cancer clinically, determination of erythrocyte natural immuno -- function and ECRA might be helpful for assessment of the progress of disease process.
