摘 要:介绍了视频信号采集存储的背景和意义,从几个方面说明了视频处理的过程和技巧。第三部分主要研究了MPEG系列视频编码标准,对MPEG的数据结构、编解码算法等作了详细介绍。With the rapid development of communication technology and computer technology, digital video plays a more and more important role in the information society. Due to the huge volume of video and audio information data size, the difficulties/or the store and delivery of this information have been a bottleneck that handicap people to access and use them effectively. The optimum way is to compress them by some effective data compression, and then handle them. This paper introduces the background and significance of video signal capture and storage, and illustrates the procedures and techniques of video processing from several aspects. The third chapter eoncentrates on the MPEG serial video compression standards. The data structure and encode/decode architectures of MPEG is introduced in detail.
