摘　　要：目的：建立舒心片中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：Phenomenex BOS C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-水（78：22）；流速：1mL．min^-1；检测波长：270nm；柱温：25℃。结果：淫羊藿苷在0．1972-1．972μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9994；平均回收率为99．91％，RSD=2．75％。结论：该方法简便、灵敏、准确，可为淫羊藿苷在复方剂中的含量测定提供依据。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of icariin in Shuxin tablets.Methods: A HPLC was used.Phenomenex BDS C18 column was 250mm×4.6mm,5μm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(78:22).The flow rate was 1mL.min-1 with 25℃ of column temperature and 270nm of detected wavelength.Results: Icariin had a good linear relation at the range of 0.1972 ~1.972μg,r=0.9994,and average recycle rate was 99.91%,RSD was 2.75%.Conclusion: T The method is simple,sensitive and accurate and can be used for the determination of Icariin in making compound preparation.
