摘  要:介绍了应用定向倾倒爆破技术拆除发电厂内的一座高大薄壁钢筋混凝土结构的冷却塔工程。针对冷却塔重心低,径高比大、底部直径较大,且周围环境复杂,需要保护的建筑物、构筑物多等问题,通过采用低位大切口、预先开设定向窗和定位槽的爆破方案,采用簇联与四通复式连接网路相结合的高可靠度的非电延时起爆网路,以及采用主动加被动的安全防护措施,使得爆破在准确定向、安全控制、塔体爆破后解体块度等方面取得较好的效果。其经验可为类似工程提供参考。This paper presented a high thin-wall hyperbolic reinforced concrete cooling tower in the power plant demolished by directional collapsing blasting. The characteristics of cooling towe are small height-to-width ratio, low gravity center and large base diameter. Its environment is complex. A lot of buildings and structures need to protect around the tower. The blasting scheme adopted low position and large size blasting cuts, pre-opening the directional window and positioning groove. The highly reliable nonelectric delay initiation network combined cross connection with group units is selected. Passive and enhanced protective measures are taken. The blasting achieved better results in accurate direction, safety operationand proper fragmentation size. The experience may provide reference for the similar project.
