摘　　要：在多元文化充斥下的当今社会,高校思政工作显得尤为重要。本文将"教育无痕"的大爱思想观迁移到当代大学生的思想政治教育工作中,提出了高校思想政治教育工作中的"无痕教育观",阐述了"无痕教育观"的内涵和重要作用,并进一步阐述了在高校思想政治教育工作中实践"无痕教育观"的途径和方法,为新形势下德育工作的有效开展提供了新的思路。In the society with influx of multi-culture, ideological and political education is especially important in college. In this paper, the love ideology of ＂the inconspicuous intent education＂ is transferred to the work of ideological and political education for the contemporary undergraduates. This paper proposes ＂the concept of inconspicuous intent education＂ in the ideological and political education for the college, and the connotation and the importance of ＂the concept of inconspicuous intent education＂ is expatiated. Furthermore, sets forth fulfilling ＂the concept of inconspicuous intent education＂ in the ideological and political education is expounded, which provides a new train of thought for developing the ideological and political education under new situation.
