摘　　要：尝试采用确定主题的"研究型"毕业实习方式,是高校本科生实践性教学环节中一项非常重要的教学改革。本文系统地介绍了我院近年来在公管专业高年级本科生中如何构建及实施"研究型"毕业实习模式的全过程及其基本做法和体会。The ＂research-based＂ graduation practice trying to determine the theme is a very important teaching reform in graduates＇ practical teaching process. This article systematically introduced the whole process , the basic practices and experience of how to construct and implement ＂research-based＂ graduation practice model in high-grade graduates in our school during recent years.
